Sometimes a safety-related action emerges from a conversation, an observation, or a management decision that doesn't fit neatly into a corrective action, an event report, or a formal audit finding. The Other Actions module ensures these items are still captured, assigned, and tracked.
Think of it as a flexible safety action register — a place for anything that matters but doesn't have a natural home in another module. Items can always be escalated to a full CAR if their significance grows, maintaining a clear record of the original capture and the escalation decision.
